Dr SinClair is doing everything she can to calm an agitated patient before his procedure, but it seems like he is unable to realize that if he doesn't take his medications, symptoms will only get worse. After patiently trying to convey this repeatedly, she finally becomes frustrated. "What are you even here for then if you won't take the medicine or agree to the procedure?" He's here for her. SinClair comes to, bound at her wrists, ankles, and thighs. Her high heels wiggle as she struggles and shakes. Her moans are muffled from behind her silver tape gag.
