Cupcake SinClair - Damsel: Diapered & Duct Taped

Hey...where am I? And why am I tied up in tape...and a diaper?! I don't know what's going on and I'm desperate to escape. I'm so embarrassed with my breasts out and nude besides pantyhose and a thick white diaper! I roll this way and that, trying to escape the tightness of the duct tape but it seems hopeless. I call for help but my pleas are muffled by the tape gag. I wiggle my pantyhosed feet, struggle on my diapered butt, and beg for a way to break free! My bonnet flops on my head as I heave this way and that but soon I have to resign myself - I'm just a helpless little thing...
