When he refuses thy both start shoving their sweaty stinky feet all over his face, eventually getting their toes into his mouth as he winces from the horrible vinegary taste. They continue to torment him as they drag him the floor and start dragging their soles across his tongue and ramming their sweaty toes into his mouth.
