Cupcake SinClair - Bound Ball Gagged Balancing

She weebles, she wobbles, but she won't fall down! Kneeling and balancing on just her knees, Sinclair is bound with her wrists roped to her ankles - and her only support is from the anchor gag roped to a hard point above her!
