TA Worship - Tempted Nursed Sprain

Tempted has hurt her ankle and Naomi has another patient for her unorthodox treatment. Naomi pampers her feet with her tongue, gets them nice and wet and definitely turns Tempted on. It may not do much for her sprained ankle but Tempted certainly is distracted enough to forget about it.
