I am not a doctor but I think that someone needs also his throat to speak. Sugarslave fatty doesn't shut his mouth, always complains and excuses to how pathetic he is. So I think that if I crush his throat, maybe he will shut up for good! I do my best to achieve that, I stand full weight on his throat for long, pressing it down to crush it more efficiently while he is making strange noises under my feet!
